Detroit Warrior 2013:

The Florida Alliance traveled to Detroit and came home with a championship in the Dynasty Division.  After going 1-1 the opening day, the Alliance found themselves in danger of missing the top 8.  However, a convincing 6-1 victory over the Cleveland Barons gave Florida the #8 position in the Championship Round.  A hard fought win over the #1 seed Kitchener Rangers set up a semi-final rematch against the Soo Greyhounds, who had beaten Florida 2-1 the previous day.  This time, the Alliance prevailed 3-2, before another tight battle with the Oakland Grizzlies in the Championship, which again produced a 3-2 result.

The Florida Alliance opens with a 3-0 victory over Compuware AA.  Randy Hernandez has two goals and an assist and Trevor Bednarek has a goal and an assist, while Jackson Kyser dishes out 4 hits to pace the Alliance.
A tight physical battle with the Soo Greyounds in game 2.  Soo would go up early 1-0, and then Scott Keller would convert a nice feed from Steven Gerbis to tie it at 1.  The Greyhounds would strike shorthanded in the final period for a 2-1 win.
The quarter final with the Kitchener Rangers would see the teams trade goals early. Seth Cohen's second goal of the game would put the Alliance up 5-2 with about 7 minutes remaining, but Kitchener would press hard and pull to within one before Randy Hernandez's empty netter clinches the victory.
Needing a convincing victory, the Alliance come through with a 6-1 decision over the Cleveland Barons.  Trevor Bednarek and Joey Doganieri each score twice, while Randy Hernandez and Peyton Francher each have 2 assists.
The Alliance takes an early 2-0 lead against the Oakland Grizzlies on goals by Scott Keller and Mark Cheremeta.  The Grizzlies come hard in the second and tie the game at 2, before Trevor Bednarek deflects home Zach Mulrenin's point shot for the game winner and a Florida Alliance Championship.
The semi-final would be another toe-to-toe with the Soo Greyhounds.   Randy Hernandez's amazing goal while flying through mid-air would give the Alliance a 2-0 lead going into the final period. Soo would press hard, but the Alliance holds on for a 3-2 win and a trip to the finals, with Hunter Toale setting up Mark Cheremeta for the game winning goal.

Nike Bauer Chicago 2013:

The Florida Alliance traveled to Chicago and took home their second championship in a fortnight by going a perfect 7-0 in the Nike/Bauer tournament.  After three convincing victories to open the tournament, a rematch with the Oakland Grizzlies would determine both teams fate moving forward.  The winner would advance to the quarter finals, while the loser would be done for the weekend.  Florida would claim a tight 2-1 victory over the Grizzlies, then would face familiar opponents Compuware and the Soo Greyhounds in the quarters and semis, both tight games but solid victories for the Alliance.  A 3-1 win in the Championship over the San Diego Gulls and the title is Florida's!

The Alliance comes out firing on all cylinders as they dominate the Western Michigan Hounds in the tournament opener, 11-0.  Kyle Previn and Mark Cheremeta each post two goals and two assists, while Zach Mulrenin and Scott Keller each put up 3 assists.

Seth Cohen, Mark Cheremeta, Joey Doganieri, and Scott Keller all record four points as the Alliance gets contributions from the entire roster in a 10-1 victory over the California Wave, in a game that would feature one of the most bizarre hockey endings in tournament history.
For the second time in two weeks, its a huge game with the Oakland Grizzlies.  This time, winner advances, loser goes home.   Trevor Bednarek and Randy Hernandez get early goals for the Alliance,  and goalie Billy Girard comes up large in the dying seconds as an early 2-1 score remains 2-1 in the end.
Seth Cohen scores 2 goals and adds a helper, and Niko Ioannou and Zach Mulrenin provide the physical force that leads the Alliance to a 4-0 shutout of Team Seattle.  Tristan Englehardt also scores on a nice deflection, and Dominik Tmej stops all 13 shots he faces in net.
The Soo Greyhounds again.  And another tight one goal game with them in the semi finals.  Mark Cheremeta opens the scoring by cashing a rebound of Jaren Debolt's point shot.  Randy Hernandez puts the Alliance up 2-0, and Florida holds on for a 2-1 victory and another trip to the Finals.
The quarter final with Compuware AA sees the Alliance fall behind early, before goals by Joey Doganieri and Nick Malik put them up 2-1.  Scott Keller's deflection of Jackson Kyser's shot provides cushion, and when Seth Cohen barrels through at the end for an empty netter the Alliance are 4-2 victors.
The Alliance and the San Diego Gulls battle to a scoreless first period in the Championship tilt, before Scott Keller scores on the power play in the 2nd to break the tie.  Trevor Bednarek would convert a beautiful pass from Randy Hernandez late in the period, and Hernandez would add another in the 3rd, before the Alliance holds on for a 3-1 win and their second tournament title.

The Championship game sees the Alliance put forth a valiant effort with only 12 skaters, but its not enough.  After battling to a 1-0 deficit in the first, TPH National takes advantage of the Alliance short bench in the 2nd to claim a 4-0 victory.
Zach Mulrenin opens the scoring against TPH National, and Trevor Bednarek adds a goal on the power play to give the Alliance a 2-1 lead at the halfway point.  TPH National ties it at two and the cameraman has to leave before the final score of 5-2 is posted.
The Ice Jets Academy battle the Alliance to a 1-1 tie through most of the first period, but the Alliance erupts for 6 goals to claim a 7-1 win.  Trevor Bednarek has a goal and 5 assists, Randy Hernandez has 2 goals and 3 assists, and Jackson Kyser adds two assists in the victory.
